We ask for as little as we need, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it. This notice explains what we collect through vesperaxo.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
vesperaxo.com is run by Vespera, India. For anything about your personal data, write to ujan@vesperaxo.com.
What we collect
- When you book a visit: your name, mobile number, company and the kind of space (industry).
- When you ask to hear about Audio, Illuminations or Objects: your email address and which one you chose.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you choose to send.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To call or message you and arrange the visit you asked for.
- To write to you once when the category you chose is ready.
- To keep a record of what you asked us, so we don't ask you twice.
We use your details only for these purposes, on the basis of the consent you give when you send a form. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who handles it
We never sell or rent your details. A few service providers process them on our behalf, only to run this site and our email:
- Google Workspace: form entries are stored in a Google Sheet, and our email runs on Google.
- Netlify: hosts this website and passes form entries to that Sheet.
- Adobe Fonts: serves the typefaces on this site; your browser requests them directly from Adobe.
These providers may store data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we're talking with you, and for up to 24 months after our last conversation. Launch sign-ups are kept until we have written to you about that launch. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Your choices
At any time you can ask us to:
- tell you what details we hold about you;
- correct or update them;
- delete them;
- stop using them, by withdrawing your consent.
Write to ujan@vesperaxo.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping it safe
Form entries travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people at Vespera who arrange visits can open the Sheet they are stored in.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
